This collaboration began with our interest in migration and current migration and immigration issues that are related to war. Both Mac and Shamsia have very unique knowledge and personal experiences on these issues and through this process of creating a mural, along with The Propeller Group have been able to share and begin a dialogue that we hope will continue and expand to include other people and projects.
