NBQ Spray Can Review

NBQ Spray Can Review

A few days ago HYB made a review from the new paint/spray can brand “NBQ”. The new brand is a self funded company, made by a writer, comes from Barcelona, and has nothing to do with Montana. The cool thing i find in the packaging of the “Cap Dispenser” box, more info on nbqpro.com. [gallery columns=”3” link=”file”] Here is the HYB Review: Two will no doubt be lapping up the cool looking but slightly pointless product packaging going on here. Stickers over the valve on the can are a nice touch but serve no discernible purpose that I can see other than to tell you that you haven’t used them yet. The box folds up to make a carrying handle which is useful, but only holds 4 tins. Still, better than carrying them individually I suppose innit? The cap dispenser box however, I am a fan of. The supplied cap is very much like the standard MTN94 cap and if you’re anything like me and pick up about a dozen clogged caps whilst coming up with increasingly creative expletives about how you were certain you packed some new caps somewhere before ultimately remembering you’ve left them at home, then it will save you quite a bit of time and hassle. Right, there’s the paint in my patented and non scientific test: “Cunning is too lazy to shake the tins or wait for paint to dry…does it still come out ok?” …and the answer is… Yes. Obviously. Oh and while the glare from the flash on the wet paint might suggest otherwise, it is actually a matt finish when it dries. Even that light yellow came out nice and punchy. Definitely good coverage and nice thick paint. Controllable thin lines with the standard caps and the white covered well too. Have a look at the video here to see it in action. Still no closer to figuring out the factory of origin as the details on the can only give the address of the distribution centre in Barcelona. So using my unrivalled powers of detection I’d say it’s Spanish. Anyway it covers well, comes in 50 colours and I can happily recommend it as a good alternative to the main brands.
