Kidrobot's Munnyworld Exhibition
Kidrobot’s mammoth Munnyworld Exhibition opens Thursday evening (11.12) and runs through the 15th @ the Eloquent Delinquents Gallery in NYC. The show is chock full of top-notch custom figures by some of the biggest names in the scene.

Gear // The Godfather Classic & Godfather Vers. 2
MINDstyle is back with a couple brand new releases of The Godfather by Michael Lau. Both releasing in the 4th quarter of this year, which means these should be releasing really soon. The Godfather Classic (above) version has the Don lounging in what looks to be a very comfy looking chair. This piece will be limited to only 500 pieces worldwide.

Gear // Michael Lau x MINDstyle “The Godfather” Toy
MINDstyle International is pleased to announce a licensing agreement with Paramount Licensing, Inc., and the launch of their new art toy collectibles (ATC) line with The Godfather. Fans of the masterpiece will have an entirely new medium and interpretation because of the art toy product category. We had shown you several previews of the toy and finally we can show you the creation of the infamous film character by Michael Lau.
The Original version (with marionette) will be packaged in a special limited edition collectors box and launch at the “Family Tradition” art exhibition curated by Ron English in Los Angeles on Sunday, July 19th at De la Barracuda and San Diego Comic Con (MINDstyle Booth #4545). In addition, two alternate color ways of the OG version will be available in limited edition from selected retailers.
Michael Lau masterminded the style and approach with MINDstyle to produce the art toy figure inspired by the film classic. MINDstyle will next follow-up with the release of a Classic version figure and a Secret version figure by Michael Lau. Both products are scheduled to reach store shelves in fall, 2009 worldwide.

Gear // adFunture x Devilock Palmboy Toy & Mesh Caps
adFunture once again worked on an interesting project. They got together with Japan’s Devilock to produce a larger version of their infamous Palmboy character toy. To complete the project they also produced collaborative mesh caps, that come in several colorways. The Palmboy comes limited to 300 pieces and will be released in July at Taipei Toy Fest.

Kidrobot have come out with a special edition 3? Dunny designed by Jon Burgerman. What makes it so special you ask? It will only be available at local Kidrobot stores on days when it has rained in that particular city. You can also purchase them through Kidrobot’s website on days when it’s ‘raining’ on their homepage.
