[/caption] MASHVILLE consists of Adam and Jasper. Both are creatives and have combined their forces with other illustrators, graphic designers and graffiti artists to make special silkscreen prints. Their idea is to react to each other’s input. The first prints were designed by themselves, taking turns through e-mail. It’s a kind of ’image ping-pong’ as they call it and you never know what to expect. This process keeps it challenging for each of the participating artists. For the project they’ve worked with Oase, Machine, Morcky, Tiquestar, Niels Popkema and many others. The opening of the weMASHVILLE exhibition is on Sunday May 24th at 290 sqm Amsterdam. Between 15:00 and 19:00 you can take a look, grab some drinks, buy a print or t-shirt and hang around.
